Terms and Conditions – Graphic Design Maja Pučko s.p.

1. General
The online store of Graphic Design Maja Pučko s.p. (hereinafter “Seller”) sells art prints and original paintings via this website. By using the online store, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are placed through the online store.

  • Payment is made via invoice. An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out via Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Post).

  • Delivery times depend on the destination country. Usually, the package is prepared within 3 working days after payment is received.

  • Shipping costs are added to the order price.

  • International shipping is available; costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

4. Returns and Complaints

  • Due to the nature of the products (original paintings and art prints), returns are not accepted solely for change of mind.

  • If a product is damaged or incorrect upon receipt, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • To submit a complaint, please send a photo of the damaged or incorrect product along with a description of the issue to info@majaillustration.com.

  • The Seller commits to repair, replace, or refund the product if the complaint is confirmed.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller if the product is damaged or incorrect; in other cases, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

5. Liability

  • The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays beyond their control (e.g., postal delays, customs procedures).

  • Product colors may slightly differ from what is displayed on the screen due to monitor settings.

6. Personal Data Protection

  • Customer data provided is used exclusively for order fulfillment and in accordance with data protection legislation.
